Terms and Conditions

1. To enter a competition you must be:
(a) UK resident; and
(b) 18 years old or over at the time of entry.

2. Competitions are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of The Win Green Trading Company Ltd.

3. No purchase necessary.

4. Only one entry per person.

5. If you want to enter the competition you will need to request a catalogue (from our website at www.wingreen.co.uk or telephone the office on 01622 746516) and fill the answers on the postcard inside. Then send your answers to us at The Bothy, Clock House, Heath Road, Coxheath, Maidstone, Kent. ME17 4PG together with your name, address and e-mail address.

6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason.

7. The winner will be drawn on a set date each month and just their name will be shown on our website competition page.

8. The closing date is 30^th January 2012.  The Win Green Company Ltd reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.

9. If you win a competition, we will notify you by post and e-mail. The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as we may require.

11. The prize will not be transferable to another person.

12. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.

13. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

14. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.

15. Please read our Privacy Policy which tells you how we use any personal information we may collect about you by entering a competition.

16. Win Green will endeavor to send prizes within a week of the draw but cannot guarantee this delivery time.
