How To Pay

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Delta. Alternatively you can pay by cheque. Please make cheques payable to The Win Green Trading Company Ltd and please include your home address and cheque card number on the back. Cheques take up to 14 days to clear so cheque orders will take longer to process than credit card orders.

Postage Rates

Our Postage rates depend on the overall weight of your order. Postage starts at £3.50 for one small product i.e bunting or swimming bag. These items are sent by Royal Mail. Sent by courier for £5.50 are larger accessories i.e floor quilt and toy bag. Bean bags and all tents are £7.50. Please contact us if you have any queries about the cost of your delivery. For all deliveries outside mainland UK please call or e-mail us for a quotation.

Returns

Please check all items immediately upon arrival. You can return unused items within 14 days for a full refund or an exchange. We cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items. With the exception of faulty goods, return postage cannot be refunded and we will not give refunds until the goods have been received back. Returned items must  be in their original packaging. For damaged or faulty goods we will either refund you in full (cost of goods, postage costs and return postage) or replace the item and refund your postage costs. When returning goods we recommend using registered post as we cannot be responsible for goods that do not reach us.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders the following day. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for the goods to arrive in the UK.

The Smallprint

All our products have been fully tested to comply with the European Safety Standards and carry the CE mark. Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications were correct at the time of going to print. All sizes are approximate. Whilst we make every effort to reproduce the colours of the products correctly, slight variations may occur during the manufacturing process. All our fabrics are hand-woven and our products are hand-made, so slight colour variations and small imperfections can happen. We see this as part of the handmade charm. Prices are inclusive of VAT and are correct at the time of printing. Whilst we make every effort to ensure that the information on the website and in our catalogues is correct Win Green cannot accept responsibilty for any errors made. Win Green reserves the right to change any designs, fabrics, pricing and availability at any time.
