How to order
To order from Win Green is very simple. If you look through our website and see something you would like to buy just click on the shopping cart symbol to add it to your purchases. When you have finished your order, click on ‘checkout’ where you will be asked for a few important details to complete your order.

We accept all credit cards except American Express. If you are shopping from a country outside the UK, place your order as outlined above and your credit card company will convert the transaction back to your own currency. This will be shown on your next statement.

We do not intend to charge for any item until it is ready to send.

On receipt of your order you will be sent an email confirmation. We try very hard to make sure that all our pricing is correct, but incase we have inadvertently priced goods incorrectly, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product we will let you know as soon as possible. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Delivery
Your order will be dispatched to you within 5 -10 working days. International orders are generally received within 10 days, but Win Green cannot guarantee this. Postage is calculated by weight and distance and will be calculated once your order is completed.

Out of stock items
If your item is not in stock, we will keep your order for that item and send it to you as soon as we receive it. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. We do not intend to charge you for items that are not in stock.

Returns Policy
Please check all items immediately upon arrival. Some products will vary slightly, eg wicker products such as the picnic baskets are hand woven and will vary. If you are in any way unhappy with your goods, please call us on + 44 (0)1622 746516. You can return all unused items within 14 days for a full refund or an exchange. We cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items. With the exception of faulty goods, return postage cannot be refunded and refunds will not be made until the goods have been received. There is no refund on any sale items.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm.

Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

The Small Print
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. Overseas orders please note that you may have to pay local import duties on receipt.

All our products have been fully tested to comply with the European Safety Standards and carry the CE mark. Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications were correct at the time of publication on the website. All sizes are approximate. Whilst we make every effort to reproduce the colours of the products correctly, slight variations may occur during the manufacturing process. All of our fabrics are hand-woven, so they will vary slightly.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure that all the information on this website is correct, Win Green cannot accept responsibility for any errors made.
